‘It’s joyous’: Syracuse commemorates Dick MacPherson with ’fitting spot’ in Ring of Honor

Syracuse, N.Y. — College Football Hall of Fame football coach Dick MacPherson took his rightful place among Syracuse royalty with his spot in the Ring of Honor inside the JMA Wireless Dome during halftime of Saturday’s game against UConn.
MacPherson’s family was in attendance as Syracuse University honored the program’s third-winningest football coach.
